The initial $750 deposit and any $250 rescheduling deposits are non-refundable. We do not double book days. Since we reserve a day just for you, this insures that if you don't show, reschedule or cancel, we are still able to get paid on a day that could have gone to someone else. 

If you've already paid your remaining balance, and you have to cancel prior to your day, we will refund that portion. Once your day has happened, there are no refunds. 

What is the refund and cancellation policy? 

Yes, it really is possible! We've perfected our process, and will definitely be able to publish your website by the end of your launch day. The point of this day is to make your website functional and most importantly LIVE. 

This is a fast-paced day, and hiccups may happen. If we have to course correct (for example you hate the stock photos you shared with us), we will re-prioritize to make it work for the launch. There may be additional things you decide day-of that you want that aren't must-haves for launch. For that type of stuff, we offer an hourly rate to help you add any pages, or additional wants that come up after your site goes live or that we weren't able to get to on your day, but weren't necessary for launching. 

Can it really be done in a day? What if we don't finish? 

We use our own pre-designed template canvases to create your semi-custom website. When your day arrives, we get to work customizing it to match your brand. We update the colors, fonts and even make layout tweaks and changes as we see fit based on your content. That's why we say "semi-custom" because it wasn't created from scratch, but it was customized for you!

What does "semi-custom" mean?

All of our website templates, semi-custom websites in a day and custom sites are built on Showit. If you have a blog, Showit integrates with Wordpress for blogging.  We will provide a recorded video training and resources to help you confidently navigate the platform. 

What Platform will my new website be built on?

The pre-work is due a minimum of 36 hours prior to your day. This includes completing the questionnaire, choosing your template, completing your guided copyrighting PDF and sharing a folder of branding assets and photos to use on your website. We make gathering everything we need from you as easy as possible, but you do still need to do this in order for your day to run smoothly. 

In the event that your pre-work is not complete 36 hours prior to your day, you will have the opportunity to reschedule. If you pre-work is still not complete 36 hours prior to your rescheduled day, you will lose your initial deposit and your contract will be canceled.  

What if i don't get the pre-work done in time? 

An initial, non-refundable deposit of $750 is due at the time of booking to reserve your day on our calendar. Your day is not reserved until the deposit has been paid and the contract has been signed. The remaining balance is part of your pre-work and is due 36 hours prior to your day. 

Is there a payment plan? 

When selecting your day, please try your best to pick a day that you won't need to reschedule. However, we understand life happens. If you reschedule with a minimum of 3 business days notice, there are no penalties. However, each time you reschedule we require an additional $250 deposit from your remaining balance to reserve your new day. 

If you reschedule within 48 hours of your day, and miss your rescheduled day, you will lose your initial deposit(s) and your contract will be canceled

What happens if i need to reschedule? 

We use our own pre-designed canvases that we mix and match based on your brand needs, so the layout will never be exact the same for two people.

Will my website look like someone else's?

We require a minimum of 72 hours prior to your launch day, however, this only gives you 36 hours to get everything to us in time for your day, so be prepared if reserving a day that soon. Please refer to our reschedule and pre-work questions below.
